Scott has also served as the vice president for global talent at Revlon and a human resources leader at W. L. Gore & Associates, one of only five companies to have made the 100 Best Companies list every year since its inception and currently the number 5 best place to work on Fortune list.
As a leader in researching and consulting on issues in the workplace, Scott and his team currently selects the best places to work" for many states, including Tennessee, California, Kentucky, New Jersey, Indiana, Colorado, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Texas, Colorado, and Hawaii. Scott holds a Ph.D. in business administration, with a cognate in organizational behavior and works with companies across all industries to align their people with the business and build great organizations where people want to work.
