Medidata Solutions said Bruce Dalziel will resign as chief financial officer by Nov. 1.
CFO transition at Medidata
Cory Douglas, corporate controller and chief accounting officer for the New York City-based company, is slated to succeed Dalziel, according to a company news release.
“Bruce has helped lead Medidata through the successful completion of its initial public offering and its transition to being a public company,” Tarek Sherif, CEO of Medidata, said in the release.
The company helps design and track clinical trials for more than 20 of the top 25 global pharmaceutical companies, according to the company's website.
