Information technology services provider Clerity Solutions, Westchester, Ill., announced it has launched a new division, Clerity Healthcare, to offer turnkey hardware and software as well as consulting.
Clerity launches health IT division
The goal of the division is to offer physician practices, health systems and clinical programs a service that allows providers to avoid negotiating contracts with multiple suppliers and have Clerity Healthcare manage the process of obtaining and deploying information technology resources and oversee technology investments, according to Clerity.
A company spokeswoman said in an e-mail that Clerity employee Bryan Davis was named to lead the new division. As director of healthcare services, Davis is focused on the healthcare IT market. He reports to Clerity President Brandon Edenfield and is supported by recent hires brought in to focus specifically on the healthcare IT market as well as by existing Clerity staffers, the spokeswoman said.
