Arcadia Solutions, a healthcare consulting company based in Burlington, Mass., will acquire the assets of Concordant, a healthcare IT consulting firm.
Arcadia to acquire Concordant assets
Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. North Chelmsford, Mass.-based Concordant works with healthcare organizations to develop and manage their health IT infrastructure. Arcadia is owned by the Pohlad Family Cos., Minneapolis.
"Four years ago we set out to become the premiere ambulatory EHR healthcare consultancy in the nation," Arcadia founder and President Seth Henry said in a news release. "We believe the unique combination of Arcadia and Concordant will result in the achievement of that goal."
