Streamline Health Solutions, a publicly traded document work-flow services provider based in Cincinnati, has appointed Stephen Murdock as its new chief financial officer.
Streamline Health names new CFO
Murdock formerly served as an independent capital financing consultant on municipal and healthcare capital financing projects, and has worked as CFO at several private firms, including Orion HealthCorp, Nations Healthcare and Visiting Nurse Health System, according to a Streamline news release.
As part of the change, Streamline interim CFO Don Vick will move into a new job as director of sales and operations analytics at the company.
As part of the hiring, Murdock will receive 10,000 shares of Streamline common stock and an option grant for 100,000 shares of common stock with an exercise value of at least $2 a share after vesting in three years, according to the release. Murdock's age was unavailable at deadline.
