Former Microsoft Corp. general manager Tim Smokoff is the new CEO of health-data company Numera, which has changed its name from iMetrikus as part of a change in focus and leadership, according to a news release from the company.

Smokoff formerly was general manager of Microsoft's World Wide Health Industry Solutions Group, according to the release. Joining him in Numera's revamped executive ranks is Mark Oswald, who becomes chief technology officer and vice president of engineering, and Tony Titus, who was named vice president of sales, business development and marketing for the Sunnyvale, Calif.-based company.
Numera provides telehealth services and tools for care management and wellness programs that integrate data-gathering, mobile devices and electronic health records.
