St. Vincent Hospital, Worcester, Mass., said it reached an agreement to buy land from the CitySquare II Development Co. to build a two-story cancer center. The project, scheduled to open in January 2013, will consolidate St. Vincent Hospital’s outpatient cancer care, Enzo Centofanti, executive director of cancer services for the 321-bed hospital, said in a news release announcing the deal. St. Vincent will invest $21 million in the 40,000-square-foot development.
