Behavioral Centers of America, Nashville, named John “Buddy” Turner president and CEO, replacing the company's founder, Ed Stack, who left to pursue other opportunities, according to a company spokesman.

Turner, 45, has served as senior vice president of operations since joining BCA in 2008, according to the company. Before joining BCA, he was a divisional VP with Universal Health Services, King of Prussia, Pa., according to a news release.
