DHM and Crittendon have 18 and 24 family-medicine residency positions, respectively, according to the release.
As part of the agreement, Lynn Orfgen, Crittenton's president and CEO, will sit on DHM's board of directors. In February, a group of Michigan doctors signed an agreement to buy out Flint, Mich.-based McLaren Health Care Corp.'s stake in DHM.
