Let's make the rules of engagement simple: No policy changes for spending or budget cuts that don't specifically state the dollar amounts and resulting policy impact to "we the people" during the proposer's current election term as compared to after.

I have been associated with Medicare and Medicaid payment systems as an allied health professional, specifically health information management. My main thoughts focus on the inability to be proactive and identify the fraud and abuse of the Medicare and Medicaid systems which carry a multimillion-dollar price tag, probably multibillion. Rather than cutting monies from real patients needing real services, focus on the native and foreign organizations and people who set up fake patients and fake clinics, but get paid real dollars.
