The Alliance for Health Reform and the Kaiser Commission on Medicaid and the Uninsured will hold a briefing on “Medicaid: A Primer on the Federal-State Partnership” at 12:15 p.m. EST Friday, March 4, in the Russell Senate Office Building, Washington. Participants include Cindy Mann, deputy administrator of the CMS; Robin Rudowitz, principal policy analyst for the Kaiser commission; Andrew Allison, director of the Kansas Health Policy Authority and president of the National Association of Medicaid Directors; Ron Haskins, co-director of the Brookings Center on Children and Families; Barbara Lyons of the Kaiser commission; and Ed Howard of the alliance.
