Dr. John Gordon Harold has been named vice president of the American College of Cardiology, effective in April.
American College of Cardiology names new VP
Harold, 55, is on the board of directors of Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles. He previously served as chief of staff at the hospital and also clinical chief of cardiology at the Cedars-Sinai Heart Institute. He is immediate past president of the American Heart Association’s greater Los Angeles affiliate.
The American College of Cardiology, based in Washington, has 39,000 members.
