Intelligent InSites, Fargo, N.D., has appointed an interim CEO following the resignation of top executive Mark Rheault.
Intelligent InSites taps Burgum as interim CEO
Doug Burgum, 54, co-founder and chairman of Arthur Ventures Growth Fund—Intelligent InSites' largest investor—will serve as Intelligent InSites' interim president and CEO until the company's board of directors can name a permanent successor.
Rheault, 39, retains some ownership of Intelligent InSites and has been offered a consulting position with the company, according to a company news release.
Founded in 2004, the health IT enterprise software firm topped Modern Healthcare's Best Places to Work in Healthcare list in 2009 and 2010.
