Thibodeaux named COO of Covenant Health System

Troy Thibodeaux has been named COO of Covenant Health System, a system based in Lubbock, Texas.

Thibodeaux, 43, most recently served as the vice president of operations for Good Shepherd Health System, Longview, Texas. He also spent five years as the vice president of operations for East Texas Medical Center in Tyler.

A search committee made up of administrators, physicians and the system's board of directors chose Thibodeaux from a group of 200 candidates, according to the release.
