Resurrection Health Care, Chicago, has named emergency medicine physician Dr. Scott Betzelos to a newly created position as senior vice president of performance distinction for the eight-hospital Roman Catholic system.
Betzelos, 48, is the founder of Diversified Emergency Services, a medical group providing emergency and hospitalist services in Chicago. Most recently he served as medical director of emergency medicine for Resurrection.
