A: To participate, fill out the survey form on behalf of your organization and turn it in before the stated deadline. To add your firm to our email list for a particular survey please fill out this form.

A: The 2018 Patient-Satisfaction Measurement Firms survey will open in mid-September.

A: The survey will close on October 15.

A: Yes, the link will still be active for you to submit online. However, your information will not be taken into consideration for the survey results. A late submission will not be considered for participation. It will, however, be saved into the database so that it can be accessed for next year's survey.
