The Eliassen Group has acquired the information technology staffing division of the outsourcing company Dextrys. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The deal is expected to bolster services in healthcare and insurance markets for the privately held Eliassen Group, an IT staffing and clinical data consulting company, according to a news release announcing the deal.
The Wakefield, Mass.-based Eliassen Group also contracts for IT staffing in the biopharmaceutical sector and outside of healthcare in financial services, education, manufacturing, software development and government markets, according to the company. Additionally, the company operates a clinical data-management and consulting division serving the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device sectors.
