Fred Manchur has been chosen to succeed Frank Perez, 67, the retiring CEO of Kettering (Ohio) Health Network. Manchur, 58, currently is the five-hospital system's president and chief operating officer, and he will become president and CEO on Dec. 1. Perez, who announced his retirement in May, will assist with the transition through May 2011. Manchur previously was president of the system's Kettering Medical Center and Sycamore Medical Center.
