John Esposito, John Ciancarelli and David Wilkins have all been named to senior posts at LifeImage, a Boston-based medical-image sharing company.
Esposito has assumed the newly created position of vice president of sales at LifeImage; he is charged with fostering growth and adoption of the company's medical-image e-sharing platform, according to a news release. Before joining LifeImage, Esposito served as vice president of sales for the radiology business at Amicas, which was acquired by Hartland, Wis.-based Merge Healthcare in April.
Ciancarelli has been appointed vice president of information technology and is responsible for developing new image-sharing technology, according to the release. Ciancarelli previously served as the vice president of IT at Softscape, a human-capital-management solutions company based in Wayland, Mass.
And Wilkins, in his new role as director of product management, is responsible for ensuring products' ease-of-use for "image-intensive" practices. Wilkins also worked most recently at Amicas, where he developed medical imaging software.
