The White House plans to unveil a national HIV/AIDS strategy at 2 p.m. ET Tuesday, July 13 at the White House. The plan is meant to serve as a road map for policymakers, partners in prevention and the public on steps the U.S. must take to lower HIV incidence, get people living with HIV into care and reduce HIV-related health disparities, according to a White House news release.
