Jury selection continues in the trial of an Arkansas doctor charged in the bombing at the home of the state medical board chairman.
Jury selection ongoing in Ark. doctor's case
So far, the process to pick a jury for Dr. Randeep Mann's trial has been slow, with only six jurors questioned privately on Tuesday. The questioning began again Wednesday morning in U.S. District Judge Brian Miller's chambers.
The judge closed the proceedings to the public because he said potential jurors would be more forthcoming that way about their views on race and religion.
Federal juries are typically seated after all potential jurors are questioned. Lawyers are now questioning people from a group of 85 that was drawn from registered voting lists in 11 counties.
