Floods in Nashville forced the Healthcare Financial Management Association to move its yearly meeting to the Sands Expo Center and Venetian/Palazzo Resort in Las Vegas, the professional association said.
HFMA conference heading to Las Vegas
Flooding closed the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention Center this week after record rainfall caused the nearby Cumberland River to breach its levees on Monday. The resort is expected to remain closed for several months, its owners said. The conference dates remain June 20-23.
