Healthcare consultancy and management company Health Dimensions Group of Minneapolis has acquired St. Paul, Minn.-based turnaround consulting firm Health Service Innovations. Terms of the March 25 transaction, announced Monday, between the two privately held companies were not disclosed.
Health Dimensions acquires turnaround firm
Health Dimensions manages 27 healthcare properties across the country, and provides consulting at hospitals, health systems, and long-term-care centers, according to a news release. Health Service Innovations specializes in providing executive leadership for financial turnarounds and organizational crises, according to the firm's Web site.
Health Service Innovations founder, President and CEO Tim Meyer will serve as a senior vice president of business management for Health Dimensions Group, according to a news release.
