Thirty journalists will tour the Veterans Administration's Jesse Brown Medical Center on April 22 in Chicago for a demonstration of the VA's VistA clinical information system during the annual convention of the Association of Health Care Journalists April 22-25.
The AHCJ tour contingent also will be given a demonstration of the VA's progress toward development of an artificial hand. HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius and CDC Director Thomas Frieden are also scheduled speakers that evening.
