Detroit Medical Center announced three changes to its leadership team, with two current executives taking on new responsibilities and one new face joining the six-hospital system.
Leadership changes announced at Detroit Medical Center
Executive Vice President Mary Zuckerman, 46, was named chief operating officer. She previously was chief of business operations. Senior Vice President Timothy Ryan, 50, was named chief business development officer. He previously was associate general counsel and oversaw physician network development.
Steven Grant will join the system as executive vice president of physician partnerships, a new position. He is scheduled to start on or before May 1. For the past 10 years Grant, 60, was president and CEO of United Physicians, a large independent practice association with most of its members in Beaumont, Mich.
