Vincent Pryor was named senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer of Edward Hospital & Health Services in Naperville, Ill., a western suburb of Chicago. Pryor, 46, joins Edward from Ingalls Health System, Harvey, Ill., where he likewise was CFO, and begins the job March 15.
Pryor replaces John Mordach, who left Edward last year to become senior vice president and CFO at two-hospital Loyola University Health System, Maywood, Ill. Jeff Friant, 35, will join Edward March 15 as corporate controller and, like Pryor, comes from Ingalls.
