Raymond Sullivan, a former information technology official with the Veterans Affairs Department, has been named vice president of health IT solutions for General Dynamics Information Technology, the Falls Church, Va.-based defense and intelligence services contractor announced.
Sullivan previously served in the VA's central Office of Information and Technology as executive director and chief information officer of field operations and development operations, where he was the architect of a congressionally mandated reorganization of the VA's IT operations under a centralized IT authority.
Sullivan, whose age was unavailable at deadline, started with General Dynamics Information Technology last month, according to a news release.
