Trinity Medical Center, Birmingham, Ala., said interim CEO Keith Granger has been appointed president and CEO of the hospital on a full-time basis, effective immediately.
Trinity Medical taps Granger for CEO post
Granger, 58, joined Trinity on an interim basis in October 2009. Granger had been president and CEO of Flowers Hospital in Dothan, Ala., since 1992, and he first began to work in the hospital’s radiology department in 1975, a Flowers Hospital spokeswoman said.
Both Trinity and Flowers are owned by Community Health Systems, Franklin, Tenn.
