Health insurer Cigna International Expatriate Benefits, a division of Philadelphia-based Cigna, has added 4,000 additional hospitals and clinics to its network of providers in Russia. The providers are stationed largely in Moscow and St. Petersburg, according to a news release.

Cigna International is an expatriate health insurance provider that covers American workers stationed in 26 foreign countries and jurisdictions.
