Scott Street has been named president and CEO of Mercy Health System of Northwest Arkansas, a one-hospital system in Rogers, Ark., with a foundation and a network of 22 clinics in northwest Arkansas and southwest Missouri. Street, 46, has served as president and CEO of Duncan (Okla.) Regional Hospital since 2003, and his new position with Mercy is effective March 8.

With Street's appointment, George Flynn will be able to assume a full-time role as senior vice president of performance improvement for Mercy's sponsoring system, the Roman Catholic Sisters of Mercy Health System, Chesterfield, Mo. Flynn has held the dual roles of Mercy Health System CEO and Sisters of Mercy senior vice president since June 2009, a news release says.
