Catalent Pharma Solutions, a drug manufacturing and packaging company based in Somerset, N.J., has appointed Kurt Nielson as chief technology officer and senior vice president of innovation and growth.
The appointment is effective immediately. Nielson, whose age was unavailable at deadline, will lead innovation and investment activities for Catalent's dose forms and packaging technologies, according to a written statement. Prior to joining Catalent, Nielson was executive vice president of pharmaceuticals for URL Mutual Pharmaceutical Co.
