Workforce management software company API Healthcare, Hartford, Wis., has acquired Clearview Staffing Software, a Dallas-based company that provides software for healthcare staffing agencies.
The terms of the deal were not disclosed. Clearview's products, which help agencies recruit, credential, schedule and pay temporary staff, will be integrated with API's applications, according to a news release, and the resulting suite promises customers on both ends cost savings, productivity gains and better relationships with each other.
API's headquarters will remain in Hartford with its Dallas office “becoming a key business center for the corporation.” In 2008, API was acquired by Francisco Partners, a San Francisco-based venture capital firm.
