Microsoft plans to acquire Sentillion for undisclosed amount
Andover, Mass.-based Sentillion will continue to operate out of its headquarters under the deal. Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft said in a news release that it wants to combine Sentillion's single sign-on technology with its real-time data aggregation tool to streamline workflow and offer providers access to up-to-date patient information.
The deal is expected to close early in 2010.
