Regarding “Reform measures mean more gov't control”:
I believe this is the only practical way to accomplish the necessary changes to prevent healthcare spending from bankrupting our economy. The administration's use of the word “czar” is a little weak in my opinion—they should be called “dictators” and act accordingly! There is no practical way to please all of the different constituencies in the healthcare reform process. The special-interest groups are many and powerful. Market forces have not yielded anything but more abuse and growing costs over the last many years, profiting the few (i.e., those manipulating the market) while tens of millions go without adequate coverage.
