Broadlane, which supplies cost-management services to healthcare providers, announced it has acquired Healthcare Performance Partners, or HPP. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Broadlane acquires consulting group HPP
HPP will become a wholly owned subsidiary of Broadlane and will remain located its Gallatin, Tenn.-based headquarters. The company will continue to be led by its founder, Charles Hagood, according to a Broadlane news release. HPP is a consulting group that offers tools and training in the quality-improvement techniques Six Sigma and Lean Healthcare.
Dallas-based Broadlane focuses on supply-chain management and clinical-workforce management.
