Bradford (Pa.) Regional Medical Center and Olean (N.Y.) General Hospital closed a deal to operate under a single parent company, the Upper Allegheny Health System. Timothy Finan, president and CEO of the 186-bed Olean General, was named president and CEO of the system, which will have an annual revenue of $160 million, according to the system. He has also been appointed president and CEO of 88-bed Bradford Regional. George Leonhardt, formerly president and CEO of Bradford Regional, has been named system senior vice president of planning. John Eichner, vice president of finance for Olean General, has been named system senior vice president of finance.
