Florence (Ariz.) Community Healthcare has named its new senior leadership team, including chief information officer, CEO, chief financial officer and chief nursing officer.
Boise, Idaho-based Initiatives Healthcare, a hospital management company, acquired the former Pinal General Hospital in 2007 and will reopen it in January as Florence Community Healthcare, a 65-bed facility located southeast of Phoenix.
Stephen Franken, incoming CIO, was most recently CIO at San Juan Regional Medical Center in Farmington, N.M.
Gary Faulkner, incoming CEO for the new hospital, served for 30 years with the Army and most recently as director of personnel and business manager at Fort Bragg, N.C. Incoming CFO Loren Jacobson has for the past 20 years served as CFO at St. Patrick Hospital and Health Sciences Center in Missoula, Mont. Sandy Lennon, chief nursing officer, is a 40-year veteran in nursing and was previously assistant vice president of nursing and ancillary services at St. Edward Mercy Medical Center, Fort Smith, Ark., and administrator and director of nursing at Maricopa Integrated Health System in Phoenix.
The ages of the incoming executives were not immediately available.
