Regarding the article “CBO releases cost estimate on reform”:
I would not vote for nor support a proposal that costs an estimated $829 billion but saves only an estimated $690 billion for a net cost of $139 billion. The providers are going to get paid less and therefore be less receptive to the program, the care provided will be reduced to accommodate low fees paid to providers, the individuals developing and passing this law are not affected and will continue to get superb medical care at no cost. It is impossible to predict the cost of additional illegal aliens who will migrate to take advantage of the program. I see no benefit to be derived from my $139 billion.
