The sustainable growth-rate formula never made any sense, and it is about time our legislators produced something in “health reform” that is actually meaningful.
No industry or enterprise could continue to function under the restrictions necessary to maintain an SGR. Kudos to those involved. As expected, the AMA continues with lip service and sound bites. This is exactly why they lost my membership, and why they represent only about 25% of U.S. physicians!
