Michael Howe was appointed to the board of directors of Mednet.
Howe, 56, served previously as CEO of MinuteClinic, acquired by CVS Corp. in 2006, and is currently a member of Minnesota Gov. Tim Pawlenty’s Health Care Transformation Task Force. In addition to his role as CEO of Arby’s Howe also has held executive positions with Proctor & Gamble Co. and PepsiCo. He holds bachelor’s degrees in business administration and accounting from the University of Minnesota at Duluth.
Minneapolis-based Mednet develops technology to support the National Health Information Network and health information exchanges.
