Community Health Network, Indianapolis, appointed Robin Ledyard, M.D., president of Community Hospital East, one of the system's five hospitals, effective Aug. 31. Ledyard, a 48-year-old family physician, joined Community Health Network in 1995 as a faculty member for the family practice residency program. She currently is the physician adviser for case management and director of the care-management council for Community Hospital East, as well as medical director of the system's community-benefit program. As president, she replaces Anita Harden, 62, who retired in November 2008.
