Shore Health Services, Nassawadox, Va., has completed its affiliation with Riverside Health System, Newport News, Va., according to Riverside.
The Virginia attorney general's office reviewed the deal but determined that no further action was warranted, Riverside said. The Nasswadox system's flagship hospital is now known as Riverside Shore Memorial Hospital.
