That is right! I am a retired attorney who believes that it is the system, not the healthcare givers, that is responsible for medical malpractice. No one thinks or works well when they are tired and overwhelmed with work.
Now insurers want everyone to take a haircut on pay, while they continue to run the show and drain our medical dollars. That should not happen, but it will unless doctors and nurses get involved in crafting reform. I hope they do, because this will be best for doctors and nurses, patients, and our country.
