Mediware Information Systems, Lenexa, Kan., a developer of blood and medication management software applications, has agreed to acquire “substantially all of the assets” of SciHealth, Atlanta, a developer of software systems that enable providers to build customized tools to monitor and analyze clinical and business processes, Mediware has announced.
The transaction is expected to close in 45 days, according to a news release. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
