HCA, Nashville, said Gay Nord will be the new CEO of its Overland Park (Kan.) Regional Medical Center, effective June 1. Nord, who declined to give her age, has been CEO of HCA’s Kingwood (Texas) Medical Center since 2004.
Nord’s experience and performance at Kingwood make her a “tremendous asset” in leading one of HCA Midwest Health System’s busiest and most strategically important hospitals, said Steve Corbeil, president of the Kansas City, Mo.-based HCA Midwest.
