Mark Lantzy is the new chief information officer of WellCare Health Plans, a managed-care company in Tampa, Fla., with 2.5 million members.
Lantzy was most recently head of business information technology strategy and portfolio management at Aetna for three years. Prior to that, he was a partner at Accenture for eight years. His age was not available at deadline.
