Graham Reeve has been named chief operating officer of Baptist Health System, San Antonio, following seven years working in the five-hospital system, most recently as chief executive officer of St. Lukes Baptist Hospital.
Reeve, whose age was not provided, was recently head of a team that started the systems Brain and Stroke Network, where St. Lukes is the center for neurosurgery. A news release said the network was the result of an unprecedented partnership with the UT Health Science Centers Department of Neurosurgery.
In his newly created role, Reeve will be responsible for the overall performance of the system, including quality, people, service and finance, the news release says. Dan Brown, the chief operating officer at St. Lukes, will serve as interim president at the hospital while the search to replace Reeve is under way.
