Jerry Baker was named CEO of health information exchange vendor Halfpenny Technologies.
Baker, 48, served previously as president and CEO of MRO Corp. He also was president and chief operating officer for Info-X, which was acquired by 3M in 2004, and has been in management positions with First Data Corp. and Baxter International. Baker also sits on the board of directors of Health Services Integration, which provides air ambulance services.
Blue Bell, Pa.-based Halfpenny develops electronic health-record integration frameworks that enable interoperable information exchange among physicians, hospitals, laboratories and other care settings.
