Methodist Le Bonheur Healthcare, Memphis, Tenn., said David Baytos will shift to a new role as the executive in charge of the system’s efforts to build a 100-bed hospital in Olive Branch, Miss.
Methodist said that it is making progress toward a bill to approve the hospital passing the Mississippi Legislature. Baytos, 56, has been CEO and administrator of the Germantown (Tenn.) campus of Methodist University Hospital, Memphis. William Kenley, 44, will shift from his role as CEO and administrator of the North Hospital campus of Methodist University Hospital to the same titles at the Germantown campus.
Steve Miller, 64 and a physician, will be the interim CEO and administrator of the North Hospital campus. The system will conduct a search to find a new chief for the North Hospital campus. All of the changes are effective May 11.
