Regarding “Sebelius confirmation faces delay”:
No government job is worth the scrutiny that nominees are put through.
It’s absurd to think that our public officials are not largely bought and paid for anyway given how the bailout is proceeding. Were I the governor, I would say I will put my holdings in trust should I care to keep them or I will sell them at my pleasure. Otherwise, I will take a pass on the job.
